By buying or using the Small Space Garden Starter Kit ("the Kit"), sold by Alexia Grier under the ELEVAFLIX brand, you agree to these terms.
The Kit is a digital product delivered as downloadable PDF files: the Starter Kit e-book, the Beginner Materials Checklist and the bonus Small Space Garden Design Ideas guide. No physical item is shipped. Access is delivered by Hotmart after your payment is approved.
Payments are processed by Hotmart. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Hotmart may calculate and collect applicable sales tax at checkout.
If the Kit isn't right for you, you can request a full refund within 30 days of purchase through Hotmart's purchase page or by contacting us. No questions asked.
Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use the Kit for your own home garden. You may print copies for your own use. You may not resell, share, upload or distribute the files, in whole or in part.
The Kit offers general gardening information for beginners. Results depend on your light, climate, plants and care, and are not guaranteed. Check your lease, HOA and building rules and the weight limits of your balcony before installing planters, and keep plants that may be harmful out of reach of pets and children.
Stores and brands named in the materials are mentioned only to help you find supplies. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by them, and prices and availability can change.

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Kit is limited to the amount you paid for it.
